Three Animal Protection Bills signed into Law by Governor!

Last week our work for animals in the 2011 session of the Maryland General Assembly came to fruition. Governor O'Malley signed three animal protection bills into law: a statewide spay/neuter task force law, a pet protective orders law and a puppy mill registration law. Here are the photos from the bill signing ceremony.
