Thanks to Maryland's Heroes for Animals!

The 2011 session of the Maryland General Assembly was a great success for animals.  But this didn't happen without the dedication of a few compassionate legislators who were willing to sponsor the bills and push hard to get them passed.  So who are these champion legislators, and how do we say thanks to them?

Here is a list of the animal protection bills that passed with the names of the primary sponsors and a link to their email addresses.  Please take a moment to say thank you to Speaker Busch, Delegates Hucker, Waldstreicher, Frush, Murphy and McComas and Senators Robey, Benson and Stone - because they deserve it - they're heroes for Maryland's animals.
