Moving from "Control" to "Compassion" at Anne Arundel Co. Animal Control

Maryland Votes For Animals has been pushing for much-needed improvements at the Anne Arundel County Animal Control.  Finally, we're seeing movement in the right direction, thanks, in part, to our getting involved in local politics and endorsing two candidates for the Anne Arundel County Council.
